Buyer Beware This horrid little company charged my account, then emailed me to say they did not have the merchandise. I later found out that they charged my account and had no intentions of issuing a credit. I called (no answer, filled mailbox or voicemail), chatted (chat operator never answered) and emailed with no response for weeks.
Finally I spoke with someone who refused to cancel the order or admit any wrong doing. According to Sav-on-Crafts.com it's acceptable to charge my account without having the merchandise and ignore me when I want a refund. Rude and fraudulent. Avoid like the plaque!!!
