Ripoff

I was shopping online giving my billing info. And before you new it this so called company popped up and congradulated me on becoming a member? I've tried several times without success to contact them via e-mail. It replys immediately back with somthngs wrong with the e-mail address? So thats while I'm filing a complant!!!
