For purposes of verification may i know your name, your wedding date, church and preparation venue? This would help us in back-tracking about the incidents you mentioned.
On behalf of the entire team pls accept our apology for any stress caused to you and rest assured that your shoutout did not fall on deaf ears
But with all due respect madam, if i may, in the so many years that we have been doing weddings our ultimate desire is to contribute in bringing joy and fun not only for our clients but their families and guests as well, and we have not received complaint about, nor has been accused of, taking valuable items from them. I am dealing with this matter with utmost respect for your opinions but at the same it is my earnest desire that people reading your complaint would not have a prejudice on the entire team and would also take time to read the testimonials of our other clients in our website www.loivillarama.com:)
