Ripoff unexcusable treatment of contractors ripoff

I was an independent contractor with Team Double Click for approximately 6 months.

I have been ridiculed in front of others, treated with disrespect and just given terrible treatment.

Team Double Click is a virtual staffing agency. I had several contracts with various clients during this time.

The last client was considered a "trouble" client but I handled her with care, concern and professionalism until she had a diabetic moment (unbeknownst to me) and basically cussed me out in an email.

I decided to terminate my relationship with this client. The next thing I knew, TDC terminated my entire working relationship with them.

Interestingly enough, my roommate, who also had DIFFERENT clients with TDC, was also "fired."

Be careful of this company. If you NEED a virtual assistant, be aware that they will charge you double what the VA makes plus a fee. As a virtual assistant, loyalty, good work and praise from clients means nothing.
