I am very dissatisfied the way LG has has handled my complaint that I had put up with them vide Complaint No. RNA 110731034095, on July 31st, but the issue has still not been resolved even after more than a month has passed on. My repeated calls are falling on deaf ears as all they say is that the TOP LID of the washing machine is out of stock and will take time to arrive and once it comes then only will they be in a position to fix it in my washing machine. The manner in which the whole issue has been handled is as if they are doing a favour by addressing to my complaint. Their unprofessional attitude in dealing with my complaint has forced me to take a strong resolution against the LG Brand that I will never buy any LG products in my life nor will I ever recommend anyone to use it.
Hope this message goes to the Top Management Team that works at LG, so that they are aware of how the ground level team that deals with the end consumers is not doing their job in the desired manner and bringing a bad name to the Brand. The millions of dollars that you spend on advertising and promotion of your brand and prodcuts is of no use if the end consumer who has finally bought your product and takes a strong decision not to buy your brand / prodcuts ever again in the future... Hope someone who cares for LG is listening or reading this piece of feedback.
