We're an area pet charity in Nj which was having a with Santa evening on November 30th. We put an order for 30 garden signs for run company/2 Day shipping on Thursday, November 19th. The client support individual, Emily Marcus, guaranteed me via e-mail (and that I possess the emails to show it) that I'd obtain my purchase by end-of-day on Friday. I requested twice and was informed the exact same twice. It had been the week of Christmas and also the volunteers for that business all had outoftown ideas starting on Thursday and wouldn't be returning until late Friday morning in the Christmas vacation. So Friday comes with no indications. We delivered a contact that night seeking details about the purchase. Wednesday comes, however no indications. We directed another mail requesting info and allowing the organization realize that we'd no use for that indicators when they were shipped. Thursday morning comes and we email twice again.
