Unauthorized charges on my credit card

I've unauthorized fees to my charge card for that previous a few months! There's no telephone # or contact person. I'd like repaid for all those costs which are $9.95. Reference Number 1512183dxstok8g1f that the last one was created on 2/13. I don't understand why I'm being billed for this... Used to do not purchase something or okay any acquisitions.
