I placed an order for a shutter arch on 9/2/04. I began to worry when I didn't have it by 10/2/04. I had already been debited the 200 dollars for the product. I was told the California rep was MIA and that my product would be another week or so and that they would get back to me. I never heard another thing but I received one email stating they would credit me after I cancelled my order. My credit was a store refund only and fifty dollars less than I was charged. I then wrote back stating I just wanted the blind or my money back and I have yet to hear anything from anyone. They don't answer email, their phones or return messages.
I just filed a complaint with the Northeast Florida BBB and plan to find as many of these sites as I can to warn people. Two hundred dollars is a lot to spend one one window and these people have not a care one about their customers.
