I ordered some plantation blinds for my entry way window in my home on November 12, and my credit card was charged for the purchased on November 13. I called on November 30 getting an update on the status of my order and was told the blinds would ship the week of December 16. I have called and e-mailed beginning December 19 through today December 24 and have not received one response back from Bob. It was while surfing the internet for the Better Business Bureau of Florida and retreiving information on Window Visions that I came across another blog regarding Window Visions ripping off unsuspecting customers.
This company is nothing but a ripoff listing different names, phone numbers, and e-mail addresses. The names are Window Visions and Window Treatments and Blinds, the phone numbers are (800) 463-7887, (866) 940-3330 and (904) 940-3330, and the e-mails are [email protected], and [email protected]. You have to web surf to find a physical street address because nowhere on the website do you find one listed.
This man needs to be stopped and stopped now, he needs to spend some time in the Federal Prison System. Please no one be suckered in by this company or this man, he and it are nothing but a ripoff taking money and not providing a product.
