Overcharge - will not return customer service calls

Called company for service (previous homeowner had used them). They came out to repair a broken cable. Untrained first employee needed help from supervisor. Supervisor could not service the commercial grade opener. Third person came and corrected the problem. However, the charge ended up as $690. I made the mistake of paying the service technician and followed up with a call to the company asking for a member of management to call to discuss the charge. They did not return my call. Called a second time, and still no return call.

Charges included a service call charge, a charge to repair, charges to adjust the commercial grade opener, plus a "miscellaneous charge???".

I highly recommend avoiding using this company.
