Okay this will be the second time i have had to write this. I will give you insight into the worst company and property manager i have ever had to deal with.
So i needed to be closer to downtown for work as well as college. I found an add in craigslist for a property on w lousiana st and federal BLVD... When i got to the property i was told that the apartment was no longer open. A couple of weeks later the add posted again so i went to talk to the manager once again a Mrs. Lori Rey.
At the time i was living in a nice community surrounded by people of morals and character.
Lori Told me that i could rent a place at 2701 Federal BLVD and in one month i could move to the high rise that i originally wanted. So after i passed the first red flag i got from this lady which was that she took first months deposit and rent in the form of cash then proceeded to give me a paper receipt with no request of signature.
