On August 30, Everdry installed a french drain and a sump pump in my basement and garage. They also installed a french drain around the perimeter of the house. I financed this processs for $8,000 and when they were done with the project I had to sign that they completed the project. The worker told me that if I had any problems that this work was guaranteed and they would come back to fix any problems.
On September 8 it rained all day, the dirt covering the piping running along my driveway was exposed which means it wasn't buried deep enough and where the end of the drainage pipe stops along my driveway the water coming out of this created a gully of approximately 2 feet deep washing away all the gravel and dirt. Even after 2 weeks of no rain I still have water at the end of my driveway where it meets the garage door and water running down the sidewalk from where the water comes out of the piping. This water is constant and runs down my driveway, down my walk in front of my house, and down the sidewalk in front of my neighbors house. Which in the winter will cause a problem with ice.
I called Everdry on September 9 to ask for service they scheduled an appointment just to look at the problem and then schedule apt for service on September 14.in the A.M. Got a call from Everdry that someone called off and that they couldn't get to me until September 30. I said I would call the office later and talk to Kyle whom I have dealt with before because this was too long to wait for an apt. When I called Kyle later that day he said the earliest they could come out is October 12.
The guy came out on October 12, I showed him the water problem and he realized that my and my neighbors sidewalk would be solid ice in the winter. He said he would call me by 3:00 that afternoon and set up an appointment for them to repair. They called me the next day and made the appointment for December 22. I pleaded with them to fix the water problem earlier because it most likely will ger cold enough to ice up before December 22. He said sorry that's the earliest they could fix it.
I had called this company so many times and they either don't call back or they call a different number than the one I left with my message. I've sent them a certified letter. Because I've financed this project and they've got their money from the finance company they keep putting me off. I can't tell you how many nights sleep I've lost worrying about my sidewalks icing up and someone getting hurt. I am totally at Everdrys mercy and they really don't seem to care.
