Everdry Waterproofing of Rochester Doesn't Complete the Jo

On 4/25 07, my wife and I signed a contract with Everdry in which we were explicitly told by the sales people that any water issues relating to the basement would be handeled. We signed a contract in which all of the work was to be completed by 8/20/07. The contract explicitly states "trenching & subsoil drain systems as necessary" would be installed to remove any water from near the basement.
While the interior work was done quickly and efficiently, during the fall of 07 we noticed that the water still built up on the outside of the house and literally ran into the basement windows. We contracted Everdry and they claimed that they would repair the problem. During the fall of 07 they added some stone to the window wells to see if that would resolve the issue. It did not. Everdry assured us that they could resolve the problem by trenching the yard and adding drain tile to the exterior.
We scheduled with Everdry to fully repair the problem on February 5th 08. Two guys arrived with shovel and more stone. They said that the ground was too wet to work and that they needed to reschedule.
The next schedule date was Feb 28. The same two guys returned with shovels and claimed that the ground was frozen. Again they rescheduled.
On March 13th, we contacted Jay who indicated that they would send a supervisor out to discuss the matter with us on March 20th. The supervisor again informed us that he would send a crew to trench they yard, add drain tile, and flow test the system. He rescheduled us for April 15th and indicated that all of the work would be done in one day.
After failing to arrive on April 15th and May 13th, the Everdry crew arrived over an hour late on May 21st. Without flagging the yard, they not only knocked the power out to my house, but they trenched through my neighbor's water line as well. Everdry did pay to have my power restored but left the job site with an open trench in my back yard and only half of the yard completed. They did not come back to install the drain tile on that half of the property until May 28th in spite of repeated attempts to contact them on May 22,23, 24, and 26th. My neighbor paid to fix her own line because Everdry still hasn't bothered to come back and complete their work.
Meanwhile, I still have a drain pipe and an open hole sitting on my property where the second half of the drain system should be. Approximately mid-June, Everdry had the utilities place flags in our yard so that they could complete the job of getting drain tile to the road. As of today, July 9th, Everdry still has not returned to complete the installation of the drain tile. They did, however, send me a card asking me to pay them more money to continue my service contract.
I have continually attempted to contact Everdry looking for nothing more than completion of the work they they contracted to do. This company has not even returned my recent telephone calls regarding completion of this project.
If you are looking for Waterproofing work, run, don't walk from this company. The bottom line is that their service department does not have the ability to fulfill the empty promises of the sales department.
