Long story sort. Bought a 18' x 33' winter pool cover with the 15 year warranty. Never figured it would last 15 years or be replaced in 15 years but I figured I would be cover for at least 3 years. Got the pool cover in installed it and it's too short. The cover is supposed to be 18' x 33' with an actual size of 21' x 36' to allow for over lap. The cover is actually 21' x 34'. It was tight to say the least and new it would not last and sure enough a month later it ripped. Got in touch with pool deals and Nicole responded. They actually sent me a replacement cover and I was thrilled. This time however before installing I laid it out and measured it and it was the same as the last cover. I contacted Nicole to see what she wanted to do about it and no response. Left emails and voice messages and no replies. It's only 100.00 but it is down right deceptive to offer warranties and not honor them. On top of that send me a cover that is too short to work. Don't buy from them!!!
