Entrada doors built custom iron doors and wood doors for my home and installed them. Doors were not installed properly and were not finished when delivered and installed. I was told by staff they would be Feaux finished on site after they were installed to avoid scratching the paint. I sent pictures and discussed the finish with owner Jeremy Behl.
He also said he would order some extra trim for the wood doors that wasn't included and I was ok with that but it never happened. The wood doors needed some minor repair on them and he said he would take care of it but never did. He also made some small Wine Gates for me but they didn't fit like I needed them to. I was willing to pay extra to get them the way I needed them and was told they would be re done. They were delivered as is and never were corrected and never installed. I asked again when were the iron doors going to be painted and I was told they were ordered Black according to his notes. They came with a primer on them (flat black) but were also scratched during shipping and have not been painted. They were supposed to be painted with a Copper Feaux Finish. Black was the base color.
I have tried numerous time and left messages and have never received a call FROM ANYONE.
