Since my husbandis company was doing this badly, we subsequently chose to create ideas to maneuver to Tennessee where I'd lived and where my grown children existed. We place the house in Tx available on the market available and offered it in- May. That's when Countrywide was reduced.
Ameriquest/AMC is wearing my spouseis credit history the mortgage was contained in the bankruptcy, that it had been released through bankruptcy, that's was shut through Section 7, the debt was contained in the bankruptcy on May 1!! They display it paid-as of May. These were compensated entirely in-May when Countrywide purchased them out! While he's attempted to talk to them about the telephone they're really rude to him. They kept showing him it had been within the bankruptcy when actually the mortgage was offered to Countrywide.
We're continuing to try and understand this issue solved before we try again in September to refinance our existing house. It's rediculous that businesses may simply place whatever they need on somebodyis credit history and damage their odds on obtaining a mortgage. If anybody has received difficulty such as this together please let's understand.
