Offered Cashback Voucher in return for purchased of pool table at Fun Ray Spas in Denver, Colorado to benefit the blind with no intention to pay

I purchased a pool table at FunRay spas located at 2568 S. Broadway in Denver, Colorado 80210 and in return received a 39 month voucher. The voucher was from Cashback International, 15 East North Street, Dover, Deleware, 19901. I sent all the information to them and just had my package returned as refused. I don't believe they had any intention of honoring this voucher and it was just a tactic by RunRay spas to sell the pool table.
