I had an excellent experience Stamps.com 's customer service. I called to discontinue the service prior to the end of the free trial period and the service representative was extremely courteous and understanding. As to be expected, she inquired as to the reason why I am dropping the service. Based on the my reason, she extended the trial period an additional month.
I was dropping it because my business need had not be actualized yet and extended into the future.
