I recently used Stamps.com telephone customer service for Technical Support three times in one day (I may have been causing my own problems!) Each of the three gentlemen I spoke with were very courteous, very knowledgeable, and extremely helpful! Each person took the time to walk me through the troubleshooting steps, each were compassionate and non-judgmental about the issues, and they all helped me identify my errors quickly with resolve. I live in a semi-remote area of the country and must rely on telephone conversations with companies for in-home support. My experience with Stamps.com was the best I've had in YEARS. Thank you!
