First of all in response to everyones complaints, and the one person that decided to open there mouth about people only being happy when insurance pays, let me say this, I worked for that lousy company for 5 years, I have been both in the field and in the billing and I always gave my all, however I was sometimes viewed as the horrible person and rude simply because I was asking for money, but i will say this, most of you are right, this company has no morals no values or ethics, this company in particular allows convicted child molesters and convicted murders work for there company, I am no saint and I believe in second chances however i think this is uncalled for and downright negligant. There techs steal things, get high on a job site and in the shop and not only they allow illegals to work there. I am not writing this reveiw because I was fired or laid off, not the case I relinquished my throne to some other idiot willingly because they deemed neccisary to have new managment that couldnt run a restoration company so save his life and no I MEAN NO ONE would listen to me or anyone else about the things that were wrong or how to improve and then tada the exact issue would happen and now its a catastrophe, the managment there take there authority way to far, and think that they can never be humbled and brought to there knees and that rules dont apply to them. They lie something fierce to there employees and there customers as well as there insurance agents and adjusters and on several occaions I was made to lie and forge documents or i would lose my job. See the problem is the owner is actually a great guy and so is his wife however they believe so much in the managment that they have that they are fooled on a daily basis by there managment so they believe whole heartedly what they are being told, so all in all that gets dumped on there customers, there going broke because no one but the people that apparently didnt matter, cares about what money gets spent there sales are to busy doing... Well who knows and the people that pay for it are the consumers. This is the way 98% of Servpro Franchises are this is what they are taught in NFTP, (as well as how to make the drying process last for 5-7 days when it should only be 3. I feel for all of you who had a bad experience with Servpro and I hate to say it but they will never get any better, they are led by money hungry directorships who demand a certain amount of royalties each month and well poop flows down hill, so my advice is DONT WORK FOR THEM DONT CALL THEM FOR ANYTHING AND DONT LET THEM IN YOUR HOME CAUSE GOD ONLY KNOWS WHO THEY WILL SEND.
