This company has very nice employees, however the owners are money hungry creeps! They removed my entire home, 5 br, 4ba and approx. 3500 sq ft. They took everything to their warehouse. They had it for a month. I did not hire them, my insurance did. I was told I would get a list of everything and that I could go through the list and decide what I wanted to keep and what I wanted to get rid of. THIS NEVER HAPPENED! I was notified by ServPro that my items were cleaned and ready to deliver. As they brought my tv's in, I pluged in the first one, NO VOLUME. They messed up my tv... First box I opened had glasses in it... They were DIRTY, Soot sitting in the entire inner of the glasses... CLEANED? What??? The more they brought in the more was damaged! I called my agent and informed him. The employees of ServPro stated how sorry they were and would get them cleaned. My agent speaks to the ServPro owner, whom told him I was being a Bit@%!!! Are you kidding me? I told my agent to get out to my home to see for himself. He never showed up, but the employee of ServPro showed up with more stuff and took pictures. As he took items off the truck, SURPRISE, picture after picture were still wrapped and BROKEN, as well as a desk, plaques, etc... The next day I speak to the ServPro employee and he tells me the owner is sorry, and wants to settle with me for the broken items, as far as the dirty items, lets go through the insurance. They write me out a check for 1000.00 (max owner said he could go without turning it over to his insurance..) Well, I am severly dyslexic... So I meet the ServPro employee in a parking lot, i asked him what the paper said... He told me, this is for the broken stuff only. I looked at the paper and signed it. Two weeks later I find out, The ServPro Owner LIED again! I was speaking to my agent and he told me, you settled with ServPro for everything, and I said no i did NOT... I called the ServPro employee and asked him, he said no that was just for the broken items... And I said, ok, that is what I thought but my ins. Agent says it was for everything. He said, let me speak to the owner and I will call you back. He calls me back and says I am sorry, that was for everything. I misunderstood. Well, I have their check on me to sign over as we speak for well over 12000 dollars... I will not be in a hurry to ship it out... Maybe a week or two will ease the pain. They have made my life a living hell!
