FPL stated I'd not be cost the deposit easily registered for that car billpay online. The woman about the telephone stated the 23rd may be the last evening I really could subscribe to it. Therefore the nights the 23rd, Friday, I registered for this. A few nights later, I arrived home and my energy was turn off and also the unfortunate point was I simply went food shopping: (. I named FPL and talked having a Boss twice and he or she said I really could not need my energy switched on before following day. I informed her my tale and he or she stated that I ought to have register before 9pm but since I registered at 10pm she could not do something. I informed her the woman never mentioned something on the period that the 23rd was the final evening I really could register. I expected to get a supervisor to contact me, which did not occur. Our energy did get switched on 24 hours later but personally I think they ought to came and switched it on immediately. They're therefore fast to close it down should you choosenot spend, nicely it was their doing this personally I think they ought to show great customer support and switched it back on and before my food went negative!!! Incidentally my real FPL bill was compensated about the 21st. Therefore it was not my statement it was the deposit problem.
