After a fire damaged our kitchen, kenneth Allen continued to create communication triangles with our insurance company. They left us with a non-functioning kitchen for 2 months trying to milk out more money. We had to use another company that fixed the damage right away and at fair prices. Now we are given a bill that has extra charges at unreasonable costs. Administrative fees of $400 for this run around service and a window we didn't order for $276. I am going to pay for the little work they did that actually left the house in worse shape.
