I purchased a 2 year warranty in Mar and Dean Summers was very helpful and accommodating. I have had very spotty service.
1) Their number connects you to an answering service, they never call back and you have to make multiple calls
2) They have sent people over to clear a drain and fix my air con unit but it took 2 weeks
3) The person they sent to fix my dryer couldn't fix it after a MONTH and I asked them to subsidize a new dryer and have it in writing from Dean Summers that they would but they never sent me a check
4) I complained to the Delaware BBB and they closed the case because State Wide never replied to them
I was ripped off and hope you will not let them rip you off too.
