Shawn Schillizzi, DBA "Action Enterprises" is licensed as a general contractor. He has contracted work in the central California area but is now known to be doing business in Tucson, Arizona.
Schillizzi (pronounced Ska-Lee-Z) is skilled at gaining trust. He is a "fast-talker" and uses a lot of double-talk. He usually works outside the scope of his contractors license, taking on projects for which he lacks the experience, skills and proper qualifications. After taking money from homeowners he leaves them with unfinished, poor quality work.
This contractor is a disgrace to the industry and gives a bad name to legitimate, honest, law-abiding contractors while he continues to rip-off the unsuspecting and manages to stay one step ahead of the law.
During one recent home remodel, Schillizzi installed electrical wiring (for which he is not licensed) in several locations which required emergency intervention. As verified by a licensed electrician, it was only a matter of luck that the wiring installed by Schillizzi didn't kill someone. The licensed electrician was called in when the newly installed wiring started sparking and producing strange odors.
Shawn Francis Schillizzi, DBA Action Enterprises, is no stranger to the legal system. He is an experienced con artist. Given the chance he will steal your money and leave you with a mess to clean up.
Schillizzi is a 46 year old, white male. He is a large man, approximately 6'- 3", 280 lbs. He has short dark hair, and sometimes wears facial hair. He may originally come from the East Coast.
His accomplice goes by the name of "Jordan, " a man in his early 20's. Jordan is approximately 6 feet tall, 180 lbs and has a dark complexion. He wears a beard and is often seen wearing a baseball cap. It is not clear if Jordan is a willing crime partner or just another one of Schillizzi's victims.
These men have been known to travel to job sites in a white pickup truck. They have also been seen in an older, dark gray pickup truck and a cream colored Cadillac.
Do not allow these men on your property for any reason. If they refuse to leave, call 911 immediately.
