Mr. Worthem was contacted to replace a failing shower unit. He assured me that he would be able to complete the job with no problems. Mr. Worthem disappeared several time during the job. He had to be hunted down by other's I knew within the construction community. I go to inspect the final job only to be horrified that the shower drains were clogged by grout. I now have to hire some one else to cut a whole in my ceiling to access the portion of the pipe that is clogged. I am outraged.
