We used the Shutter Factory several years ago to purchase some shutters for our home, twice in fact. This time when we placed our order with Bill Wallace, he did our quote (per usual), took a shelf (for matching purposes of stain) and deposit of over over $1700.00. Since this would have been our fourth order with the Company (in 7 years - we moved a few times) we did not realize that the Shutter Factory by CSI had gone bust. We were told our shutters would be in 6-8 weeks, that it was a busy season for our purchase. We called after 6 weeks and Stacy told us (after several messages) they were still backed up, After 8 weeks she scheduled an installation date for 2 weeks out, after then no one returned our numerous calls or emails. Stacy's voicemail greeting now states that she no longer works for the Shutter Factory, but she will not return calls asking for any forwarding information on Bill Wallace or my money (her message gives his phony email, which I already have). I have found no recourse for getting my money back, and was so disappointed to find the "F" rating on BBB site.
