On August 6, my sister and her family paid Galore $4,000 to load all of their household belongings and furniture onto their moving truck. The shipment was supposed to arrive from Ca to the D.C. Area on August 20th. When nothing arrived and they could FINALLY contact someone via phone, they were told that the weight of the shipment had been under estimated and that several thousand more dollars would be required to receive the truckload.
Phone calls are not returned, e-mail address is bogus. PLEASE contact me if anyone has any further information regarding this company. Nothing has been delivered.
