After quoting by Internet, I asked GALORE MOVING & STORAGE for services.
First week of July: I spoke with Adam (sales person) and request for their services. I asked Adam: "If I need my furniture by Aug-2 in Florida, when do you need to pick up everything?" He said: "We need 10-14 business day, then we need to pick up your stuff on Jul-13th"
July 13th: GALORE picked up everything.
Last week of July: I spoke with them to see if everything was on schedule. The dispatcher said that the furniture were in the route to Florida.
Aug-2: I called them to see why nothing arrived to my house. The dispatcher said that the load to Florida should arrive by next Monday (meaning Aug-9).
At the same time, I sent them an e-mail requesting explanation about the additional charges that I received in the bill of lading received by fax. Nobody answer... I sent this e-mail about 7-times.
Week of Aug-9: I called them everyday to continue asking. Nobody answer. Nobody return the phone calls.
Finally, on Aug-13 Adam answer the phone and he said nothing about my problem. He just hang up the phone call.
Same day later (Aug-13) I spoke with the dispatcher and he said that they misunderstood the instruction about arriving to Florida on Aug-2. He said that all my furniture went out California on Aug-2 and I should wait 10-14 days, meaning that everything should be here this week. No phone calls. Not here yet my furniture.
