On June 10, company picked up household goods in CA for interstate move to NY. At that time I paid nearly $500 up front (check cashed), representing half of final amount, due upon receipt. Delivery date of June 30, was promised.
As of July 28, I have still not received the shipment and have heard nothing. REPEATED telephone contact with the company (often multiple per day), emails, complaints to BBB, etc., have been utterly ineffective (spoken with Adam, and the supposed owner, Ely — never get answer to questions). Often they do not answer phones, or hang up immediately, have never returned a call or replied to an email.
