Ordered $70 tax worth of products on April 11.
Today is May 30. Product has not arrived. No contact from pools etc.inc. Not 1 e-mail, letter or call from pools etc.inc.
I called them last week. I did reach someone, who said they would call me back and did not.
I called another person who told me the product would arrive before May 23.
I counted on their product for Memorial Day, and they let me down. I will now charge back my undelivered merchendise through American Exp.
Purchase from another pool suppoier. These folks are NO GOOD.
