Approximately 2 months ago I bought an HP Pavilion dv7. The letter on the keyboard is starting to wear off. I have never had a problem with the keys wearing off on a keyboard. The keys function properly.
I am having difficulty communicating with the HP support staff in India. They are unable to transfer the call to a service rep in the US
What are my options? What is a good HP number to reach a service rep in the US?
