I had someone come out to fix my windows and they had no parts and no idea how to fix my problem. He is sitting in my house now wasting my time and money. Not only the money I have to pay these people but the time i had to take off for this appointment. I explained in detail what was wrong on the phone and they said they would come to the house with various parts. I will never use this company again. They are an absolute joke.
