I purchased a mower from sears direct using a craftsman club member discount. They said to wait on an email beforing picking up the mower at the local store. The next day I received an email stating the order had been cancelled. I phoned them and asked them to honor the price as stated on the web site. They offered the mower at an increased price of about $150.00. This is illegal and wrong but they have lost another customer and the will hurt in the long run. I have purchased two riding mowers from them in the last ten years. I might refer the complaint to the State Attorney General but the hassle isn't worth the effort. Soi will take my businees elsewhere.
