We bought a spa out of this organization. It had been a twilight line club. They featured this was a chemical-free club which truly appealed to us. We've had a spa for more than 10 years but we desired to update to ensure that is just why we changed. Everything went fine before summer. We requested to get a specialist in the future out to check on the bathtub to discover the reason behind all of this. No body named to setup an appt. We subsequently get a phone from Melanie who allegedly may be the specialist to determine when the spa has set itself? We get into protest towards the operator Christian who informs us that Jessica (who's not really a specialist) can come out the next evening and evaluate which Melanie informed them we weren't prepared to purchase something phone and that's why she never called back. Melanie never stated something to us about spending money on something phone! Jessica arrives and informs us the spa is overheating which Melanie is likely to be out next Friday. Jessica leaves us a floating chlorinator to repair the issue and informs us that people have to buy phosphate bundle to elimnate the phosphate that's developing within our bathtub before it gets unmanageable. She also requires among the containers planes because it isn't functioning correctly. We hear again from Melanie that she's not being released but to show the new bath right down to 98 levels also it must repair itself. The new tub isn't functional. The water smells and it is soupy. I've medical factors that I have to make use of this tub. Premium won't return our telephone calls or repair the problem. I don't need this bathtub anymore I'd like them to choose it-up and provide us our money-back! DON'T purchase a spa out of this location-they're fast to consider your cash and dismiss you if you have an issue.
