G&B remodeled our pool in May

Cost was comparable to other estimates.

Customer service:

After the sales agreement was signed, the whole project was off schedule and customer service took a dramatic slide

G&B did not stick to time frames; project completion was slow and way outside of contracted time frame.
Greg often on his cell phone conducting other business while on site talking to us about our project. After addressing that concern with him, I felt we were at odds and the project suffered.

Several tmes as the project progressed slowly, I had to reach out to Greg for an update, a progress check, or to see if any one was coming to work my 15,000 gallon pool had to be drained twice due to and error made in curing the pool. No offer of restitution

Waterfall flowing from spa to pool unbalanced indicating a lack of knowledge about water flow. Certainly

Creates less than a less than a professional look, water leaks out along the ledge of the base of the waterfall, and calcium deposits have formed where the water fall defaults have built up on the beautiful tile that was selected for the pool. Stone coping around pool was not sealed

(Never any mention of sealing).

Skimmers on either side of the pool are at different are not level with each other resulting in pool needing to be filled more often than necessary.

No follow up after the project completion to show appreciation for the business Greg is unable to make a customer fell that they are important. He can border on rude or disinterested.

Frankley, I could not wait unitl he was gone.

G&B will never make it to Angies List. G&B is average with above average prices. There is no feeling a a value proposition. Although they have many fine references on their website, even one full year later, I regret getting involved with this company and will speak against them at every opportunity. Why waste your hard earned money on a company with an attitude.

Although clearly not a rip off, doing business with G&B is a frustrating waste of time and a decision you have to live with for a number of years
