On September 21 i signed a contract with The Pool Man Inc to build a pool inmy back yard. At that time I was told it would take 2 weeks to complete theproject. It is now more then 8 months later and the project is not completed. Ihave held up my part of the contract by making all payments on time. I havecontacted company owner about this issue, but nothing was done. Ihave contacted other people at the company, but was given fictitious excusesand false reassurances. The work that was completed is poor quality. Now I have to hire another contractor to fix and complete the job.
