H and H Tile and Coping came to my home in March 09 to remodel my entire pool, new plaster and all. I chose one of the most expensive types of plaster they have. It is called Midnight Blue Diamond Brite. The remodel was going as planned until the end. The blue color never came out like it was intended. This is when the nightmare started. Anthony was my rep on the project. He started to drag his feet when I anticipated there was a problem with the color. I was very reasonable until he started ignoring my phone calls. After I complained for a few weeks to thier office, someone finally came out and said it was messed up and would have to be drained and redone from scratch. Then after a few weeks they finally showed up on thier own schedule and drained my pool. Then it took another week or more to put the plaster in and fill it back up. I immediatly knew thier was a problem before they filled my pool, but again they ignored me for a few more weeks until they finally came out and said it was messed up again. There was little contact from that point, until I forced them to make a promise that they will fix it. Once again they are ignoring my phone calls. I paid alot of money for this, What do I do!!
