Bad product, disgusting attitude

I purchased a furnace from Utica Boilers and warranty plan mentioned that it's under-15 year guarantee. I were able to utilize it for three years however it broke and quit our home without warmth... Utica informed that people need to purchase delivery of the furnace however it is absurd, they've in the future at our home and restore this deficiency. DOn’t buy from them
