We Bought a Boiler from them in Dec The warranty is for 15 years. We have owned it for 3 years. The Boilers cracked at the seam, our contractors said it is a defianate Defect. When we contacted Utica boilers they said we have to pay $1,500.00 plus to ship the boiler to them in utica. We bought it fromSecurity plumbing and Heating Supply in Albany. We shouldnt have to pay for there problem, they should come to us. When we showed them pictures of the boiler spewing out water they just didnt care, they just want the shipping money and for us to do all the work. We have been without heat and hot water for 3 days now and we have a storm comming in tonight and the just dont care. I am begging you to help us. I have never dealt with such a rude and uncaring company in my life. Please help me. We lost our home and everything we owned in a fire in 2008 and that why we bought a new boiler. But this company needs to be put out there so people can be aware. Please Help!!!
