Tech found & repaired cooling problem in under one hr as faulty heat pump capacitor. Total service/repair charge was $278.00 (including $60.00 service call/diagnostic charge). Called & talked to owner, reduced price to $189, but still unreasonable. Offered to pay $135.00, but was refused. Had tech remove installed capacitor & paid only the $60.00 service call/diagnostic charge. Purchased new $13.00 capacitor from parts store & installed myself in minutes. Rip-off attempt spurns any further business or referral regarding this company.
