Had an appointment with Sears to repair washer today 5/8 between 1pm and 5pm. Logged into my email at 2pm to find an email informing me that they would not be out here till the 15th of the month. Contacted the repair line and received nothing but run around saying that my appointment was the 15th and there was nothing that they would do about it.
