The worst customer service I have ever dealt with by far. I agree with all of the complaints below. I too bought a product from Leslie when it was not compatible with my pool I returned it. After numerous aggrevating phone calls I still have no resolution. Lisa the customer service rep I have been dealing with for this return just tells you what you want to hear and NEVER does follow through. I left several messages for an assistant manger by the name of Nick, also never returning a single phone call. If this is what the managment team does then what to expect from there employees. Never again will I ever use this company to purchase anything nor will I ever recomend it to anyone. I feel they owe me a paycheck as many hours as I have spent trying to resolve THEIR issue!!! Horrible horrible customer service!!!
