If I could give this company a "non-existent" rating for customer service, I would!"POOR" doesn't even begin to cover the lack of service and care my parents have received from them. It has been over 2 weeks and they have yet to repair or replace my parents referidgerator. My father is diabetic and we had explained this over numerous emails and phone calls that have gone on unanswered, not to mention, when you try to call them the phone either cuts off after the first ring and/or no one picks up, let alonme returns messages left. I am APPALLED at the lack of respect and customer service this company has shown!!! After reading several reviews here I concur with the majority of the posts, THEY ARE A SCAM OUTFIT!!!
