I used Best Movers California at the 3333 Bowers Ave, Santa Clara 95054 address. DEFINITELY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I was promised my stuff to arrive in 5 days. I got it in 3 weeks! Three boxes were missing. Others boxes were damaged. A TV cart was damaged and unusable. I left a message for the supervisor and he refused to return my call. I asked the complaints department lady to please send me a complaint form. She refused. There is no customer service. Forget whatever positive reviews you see. If things happen to go wrong, they don't care. They will tease you with a low quote because their reputation is so bad. Nicole Brooks, the intake person, gives dishonest shipping times. Jamie, the scheduler, doesn't like to return calls. She doesn't have an accurate schedule of where the truck is.
I didn't receive a brochure about customer rights and complaints that the federal government mandates.
I would give them zero stars! Their Better Business Bureau rating at this time is c which reflects their poor processing of customer complaints. Find a company with an 'A' rating and pay more and get better service. Stay away from this company!
