My Kenmore 60554 garbage disposal has stopped working. I bought it 6/12 and it has a seven year warranty. However, Sears will not come out for two weeks to repair or replace it (12/7 appointment). Major problem: I only have one kitchen sink, and it is not usable now: it will not drain at all. I need to have someone come out within the next 2 or 3 days and get this to work or replace it. I can't live without my kitchen sink much longer! What good is the Sears warranty if I have to wait for 14 days for an appointment to get this thing fixed? Paul Ravina 508-892-4736
