On March 22 I had my car towed to Firestone because it wouldn't start. I had been having that problem for quiet some time, only last week the problem got worse. Sometimes it starts and sometimes it won't. I was told at Firestone that they would have to do a Engine Diagnostic service. Fine, but they couldn't do this service because when the car did start the diagnoistic service said everything is fine. They couldn't do the diagnoistic service when the car wouldn't start because the computerized engine analysis wouldn't register anything. I didn't want to pay for the service, but if I didn't they wouldn't give me the key to my car, which didn't start anyway. I told the serviceman who was helping me, that I didn't want to pay the bill for $111.82 because they didn't figure out the problem. The manager said the technician had put two to three hours working on my car. The invoice I received from Firestone didn't show how much time he spent on my car, with no resolution. I would like to get a refund for the service I didn't get.
