I went to the Firestone in Seattle, WA to get a new battery before I headed to Portland for the holidays. Everything was fine until my car wouldn't start a few days later. I took the car back into the shop and they apologized telling me that it was installed incorrectly and blamed it on a new technician. Completely inacceptable!
