Fox Pools and Patios - (also under the names STS Pools and Landscaping Legendary Design Landscaping) Do not use - they will not provide what they promise and they provide very poor quality. Not to mention unresponsive.

He also uses stock pictures from the internet in his advertisements to try and fool you into thinking he has done nice work.

This has been the worst experience I have ever run across when working with any type of contractor.
The owner, Shawn Byrne, is only interested in closing the deal and not at all concerned about the final product. Only when I threatened with calling an attorney, did he finally respond and only via text message.
His company built a BBQ and Patio Cover on the back of our house, and my 8 year old could have done a better job. First it started out with the gas leaking into the house, and he said it was fixed, but never was. I finally had to hire a true plumber to come out and fix the leak (costing me $753).
He also did not attach the patio correctly. The existing roof was a 4-12 and he continued it out as a 5-12 leaving a 6 inch drop at the end of the Patio - he tried to blame the gutter installation (a subcontractor) but after one of his guys finally came
out (he refused to answer any calls and refused to come out even when pictures were sent to him) and verified that there was indeed a problem, the only "fix" they could come up with was jacking up one side (the side that was most visible from the yard and street) level but therefore dropping the other side another 3 inches. He also had some of his "guys" put the shingles on - first, they tried to put the wrong shingles on and tried to tell me they were the same, Then they put the
singles on incorrectly, leaving the existing ridge shingles in place and trying to "cut" a seam - it was ridiculous...
When his group finished out the siding, he used cheaper material that did not match the existing house material.
He also insisted to run the wiring (my husband wanted to do it) and they completely messed it up. My husband had to pull down siding to go in and fix it where they had just left wire hanging out.
The reason we decided to hire someone to build this out was because my husband just doesnt have the time and I didnt want him to have to mess with it. But it has caused him nothing but hard ache as he has had to go back and redo many things. Just an all-around disappointment. Especially when you consider that we spent over $7000 that could have been used to take our kids on a nice spring break vacation!!!

An update on our patio cover... The foundation has cracked because pilings were not placed at the corners (as we were told they would) and the weight of the stone columns have buckled the entire patio. We are having to pay a foundation company $900 to add pilings and fix. This is a problem that just keeps on giving.
