In the Spring of my husband David and I contracted 3-D Design Group to design and install our brick paver patio, fire pit and paver edge around our pool. We hired you because we trusted that your company had the knowledge of landscaping pool areas, after all I found you at the Novi Pool & Spa show. From the start of the construction the crew ran into delays, several were due to not knowing how to deal with the drainage for the patio area. We trusted that 3-D Design Group knew what they were doing. We were open to suggestions and wanted our project done correctly. This is not what we received. From the installation of our project, we have had to call 3-D Design Group in 2011 and again in 2012. Every year for the step repair. This is extremely frustrating. We spent $30,000 dollars with your company and have yet to be able to enjoy what we paid for, because of the problems with the step area sinking every year.
